My Diet
Day 1:
Economical rice for brunch ( Vege-based )
KFC mash potato (L) for tea time
Char Kuey Tiaw for dinner
Day 2:
Economical rice for brunch ( Again, no meat! )
Spaghetti and fries for dinner at SDS
Maggi cup (curry flavor) for supper
Today is day 3!
Oh god, how can I make it???

Thanks for telling that KFC is not fast food.
Spaghetti and fries are fattening duh.
Day 1:
Mash potato super fattening 1 lo, and char kuey tiaw is oily as well..
Day 2:
Fries (potato) once again is fattening lol..and if your spaghetti's sauce cream base also fat xD plus supper sumore =x
