In order to spend more quality time with my BFF who I only have chance to hang out during semester break, I proposed to her that we should catch a movie together. Killers would be the best since
If you asked me which is the most memorable scene, I would have say the part where Katherine Heigl bumped into a half naked Ashton Kutcher in lift for the first time!
Okay okay, here is the synopsis of the story!
Spencer Aimes (Kutcher) is just your average, undercover, government-hired super-assassin accustomed to a life of exotic European locales, flashy sports cars and even flashier women. But when he meets Jen Kornfeldt (Heigl), a beautiful, fun-loving computer tech recovering from a bad break-up, he finds true love...and happily trades international intrigue for domestic bliss. Three years later, Spencer and Jen are still enjoying a picture-perfect marriage - that is, until the morning after Spencer's 30th birthday. That's when Spencer and Jen learn he's the target of a multi-million dollar hit. Even worse, the hired killers have been stalking the happy couple for years, and could be anyone: friends, neighbors, the grocery store clerk, even that crabby old guy shuffling across the street. Now Spencer and Jen are on the run for their lives. As their suburban paradise turns into a paranoid game of dodge-the-bullet, they must find out who wants Spencer dead and why, all the while trying to save their marriage, manage his in-laws, keep up neighborly appearances ... and just plain survive. Written by Lionsgate
The movie is not bad in overall performance. The fun part of the movie is you'll never know which is on your side or which is your enemy. For all you know, your three years BFF might end up to be a professional killer who went on an undercover to kill your husband! Although Jen finds it hard to accept the fact that her husband is a killer, yet love conquers it all and she decided to stick to his side and assist him to find out the culprit behind all these commotions. When you find out the culprit in the end, I bet you'll go oh-my-wtf. It is very very unexpected. ><
Oh yeah, Kevin Sussman who played a role as a nerdy manager at comic book store in Big Bang Theory, made an appearance in Killers too! He was one of the killers who went after Spencer. Hmm...I must say he does not look convincing enough to be a killer. He is way off better as a comic bookstore manager.
I can't imagine if Sheldon Cooper was to act as a killer! It would be freaking hilarious! Erm...enough about my Big Bang Theory rant. I can't stop once I start talking about Sheldon Cooper.
A thought for the moment...
If you were Jen and you discovered that your husband/bf is a secret agent or a professional killer, would you choose to stay with him?
